| South India is a vastly different place to the landlocked mountains and deserts of the north. With thousands of kilometres of coastline surrounding fertile plains and the gentle hills of the Western Ghats, South India offers an opportunity to experience a more laidback way of life: tropical backwaters, accessible trekking, wildlife watching and Hindu temples. Teams will be based in the southernmost state of Kerala and with its wealth of natural and historical attractions, colourful and vibrant India will stimulate every sense and makes for a great expedition destination. |
