Introduction to the Norway expedition

Norway flag

The rugged mountains and deep valleys of Norway provide teams with a true wilderness experience. Arriving into Kristiansand, the team will head to the Setesdal Valley in the Southern Mountains to explore the excellent environment of southern Norway. An expedition in Norway gives teams the opportunity to experience the wilderness in its basic form with remote campsites, challenging adventure trekking and a river journey, all set in spectacular scenery.

Norway is a challenging destination requiring fit teams able to carry full packs for trekking and wild camping on the slopes of the Southern Mountains. With its excellent environmental record, this is the ideal destination for those who want not just the challenge of adventure trekking, rock climbing and canoeing, but also the benefits of an area with diverse flora and fauna along with fascinating geology.
